Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern your use of the BidPrairie website. By using this site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. The website
This site describes BidPrairie's tender-matching, teardown and drafting services, currently offered to a limited design partner cohort. Content on this site is general information about the service, not an offer of services to any particular company.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
BidPrairie helps prepare bids; it does not submit bids and does not guarantee that any bid will be successful, that any tender list is complete, or that any deadline shown is current. Buyers can amend or cancel competitions at any time.
3. Verify before you bid
Tender information on this site and in worked examples may be summarised from public postings. Always confirm all requirements, dates and documents against the original competition documents on the buyer's portal before relying on them.
4. Worked examples
Worked examples on this site are built on real public postings, with an illustrative bidder profile where a customer record would appear. They show the format and depth of BidPrairie's output; they do not describe a real customer's experience or result.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse this site: no unlawful purpose, no attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, no scraping that interferes with the site's operation, and no submission of false information through our forms.
6. Intellectual property
The BidPrairie name, logo, site content and design belong to BidPrairie or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use; you may not copy the service design or branding to pass off another product as BidPrairie.
7. Third-party names
Anthropic, Claude, SaskTenders, CanadaBuys and other names mentioned are trademarks or services of their respective owners. Mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
8. Liability
This website is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidPrairie is not liable for losses arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.
